Do we have to switch CRMs?
No. We work with the tools you already have.
What if our software doesn't have an API?
We'll check on a call. Some platforms allow scheduled exports or webhooks instead; some genuinely can't be connected, and we'll tell you.
Where does the connected data live?
Typically in your own Google Workspace, so you own it.
What happens if a platform changes its API?
Integrations sometimes need updates when vendors change things. On a retainer, we monitor and fix them.
What does it cost?
A specific integration is a fixed-quote project. Ongoing monitoring can be part of a monthly retainer.
